Scottie Globemaster (kit option 2)

Details:

• This kit is supplied with an SMD PCB complete with all wideband transformers fitted (5 off )
• Tx power output up to 38 Watts PEP on the HF Bands. (refer to wiki page https://groups.io/g/globemaster/wiki/Spectrum-Measurements for typical performance measured)
• PCB micro processor firmware is pre loaded.
• One of the six required Band Pass Filters is fitted and tested on the PCB allowing operation on the 80 and 60m bands.
• To achieve operation on the remainder of the HF bands ie.160, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, 6 and 4m, the builder must:
  1. Purchase, manufacture and fit the remaining Band Pass Filter toroid inductors - 5 filters (winding details provided).
  2. Purchase and fit the remainder of the filter bank relays.
• The aluminium thermal spacer is supplied with this kit
• The PCB is UHF capable, this section is unpopulated. The builder must procure and fit all components for this section if UHF operation is required. (please contact us for details, https://www.scottie-sdr.co.uk/index.php?main_page=contact_us )
