Shipping Information
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email notification letting you know we have received your order.
We aim to have an item ready for dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order. No orders are shipped on UK bank holidays.
Orders are shipped by the Royal Mail. We ship items to Great Britain and Northern Ireland using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. For all other shipments we us Royal Mail International Signed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email confirming your item is on it’s way to you.
Please note that shipping rates & delivery times vary depending upon the package weight and shipping address. The shipping cost will be added at checkout. An estimate of shipping time will be presented when an item is ordered.
Returns Policy
We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unused merchandise in its original packaging, provided you meet the rules described hereafter. All kits must be unassembled and unused and in the original packaging. You are responsible for returning the products to us as soon as possible. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return.
If you want to return something, you must tell us within 7 days of receiving the item. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told us.
You are responsible for paying to return the item.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
